Welcome to the Ropa Carlos Affiliate Program! These Affiliate Terms and Policies (“Terms”) govern your participation in our program. By signing up, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

👥 About the Affiliate Program

Ropa Carlos is a fashion-forward brand offering premium apparel, footwear, and accessories for men and women across India, the USA, Europe, UAE, NZ, AU, and CA. Our Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn a commission for referring customers to our store via a unique tracking link.

✅ Eligibility Requirements

To join our affiliate program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Own or manage a website, blog, social media account, or other digital property.

  • Not promote on illegal, adult, hate, or misleading content platforms.

  • Submit accurate and verifiable information.

  • Receive approval from our affiliate team.

Ropa Carlos reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

💰 Commission & Payout Structure

  • Commission Type: Rev Share / Flat PPS (based on product category)

  • Commission Rate: Up to 7.5% per sale (based on category)

  • Cookie Duration: 30 days

  • Payout Threshold: Minimum ₹5,000 INR / $50 USD

  • Payment Schedule: Monthly (Net-30 basis)

  • Payment Methods: PayPal, Payoneer, UPI, Bank Transfer (India), or Wise

Note: Orders canceled or refunded within the 30-day window will not be eligible for commission.

🔗 Tracking & Attribution

All affiliate links must be generated via your unique tracking dashboard. We use reliable affiliate software (WordPress Plugin/Third-Party Platform) to track referrals, clicks, conversions, and commissions.

Do not cloak, mask, or redirect links in misleading ways. Tracking manipulation may lead to termination without notice.

🚫 Prohibited Practices

Affiliates must not engage in the following:

  • Use of false or misleading marketing tactics

  • Self-referrals or placing orders through your own link

  • Paid advertising on our brand terms (e.g., “Ropa Carlos”, “Ropa Carlos official”)

  • Email spam, popups, or cookie stuffing

  • Promoting on adult, gambling, or illegal websites

  • Using unapproved discount codes

Violation of these terms will result in suspension or permanent removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.

📱 Promotion Guidelines

You're encouraged to promote Ropa Carlos via:

  • Blog posts and reviews

  • YouTube and Instagram content

  • Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest, Telegram channels

  • Fashion & lifestyle forums or newsletters

  • Coupon or deal sites (with prior approval)

Brand Assets (logos, banners, product images) are available in your affiliate dashboard. Do not alter them without permission.

📝 Content & Disclosure

All affiliates must:

  • Comply with FTC disclosure guidelines by clearly stating affiliate relationships (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.”)

  • Avoid false or exaggerated claims about Ropa Carlos products

  • Use only approved brand messaging and product details

🔄 Termination Policy

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, especially for:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Inactivity for 90+ days

  • Fraudulent or suspicious traffic

Upon termination, you must stop using all Ropa Carlos branding and affiliate links immediately. Unpaid earnings (if legitimate) may be released at our discretion.
