Refund and Returns Policy
At Ropa Carlos, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with confidence and enjoy a seamless fashion experience with us. That’s why we offer a clear and customer-friendly return and refund policy to make sure you feel secure while placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

With original tags, packaging, and invoice

Not listed under “Non-Returnable” categories (detailed below)
Important: If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear

Socks, handkerchiefs, and personal accessories

Customized or personalized items

Clearance sale or final sale items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

Email us at: support@ropacarlos.com with your order number and reason for return.

Attach clear images of the product (if damaged, wrong item, or defective).

Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Note: In some cases, reverse pickup may be available depending on your location. Otherwise, customers will be responsible for sending the product back.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you’ll be asked to provide bank account or UPI details for the refund.

Refunds may take longer if your bank or payment provider delays processing.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either:

Send you a replacement at no extra cost

Offer a full refund

Or provide store credit as per your preference
Please include photographic proof and the original packaging when reporting the issue.
6. Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color? We not offer any exchanges on eligible products:

7. International Orders
We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please double-check sizes and product details before placing your order from outside India.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.
