2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery speed. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—please follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our Track My Order page or through the courier’s official tracking portal.
Please allow 2–4 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International Orders:
Orders shipped outside of your country may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are imposed by your local customs office. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Ropa Carlos is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or for any customs charges incurred.
Customs Clearance Delays:
Occasionally, international shipments may be held by customs for inspection. This is beyond our control, and we kindly ask for your patience during such instances.
7. Refusal to Pay Customs Fees
If you choose to refuse the customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund of your order. Shipping costs and return processing fees will also be deducted from any eligible partial refunds.

9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs or a partial refund less the original shipping fee.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
Ropa Carlos is not liable for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping provider. If you need assistance, our support team is happy to help with documentation.
11. Order Cancellations or Edits
Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order is locked for fulfillment and shipment.
